El Capitan Coaching Program includes twelve personalized skill building Sherpa Sessions. Weekly Sherpa Sessions run for 90 minutes. A twenty-four hour window is provided for canceling or rescheduling.

El Capitan's weekly Trekking Poles reinforce new habits that stick through practice. Curated weekly assignments are provided for independent completion prior to Sherpa Sessions.
